What? The UVoD is still alive?
After a very long hiatus (due to some mythos-related commissioned works), our prefered Gods are back at last...
For many, Stranger Things was the successful serie of the year.
I would be a bit more critic... Yes, the show was promising, the 80's portrait was nostalgic and accurate, cast was cleverly chosen and we were given some genuine scary scenes.
But the ending was disappointing, to say the last, and the whole Thing didn't live up to the hype...
Anyway, the worst part of it is only known by the eldest gamers (like me): you can't kill Demogorgon with a single fireball (at least without some very tricky game-hacks; some have done the maths).
But you can't deny a very nice Lovecraftian mood, only ruined by a feeble creature and a boring final battle...
